Hi everyone! Yuko here!
We haven't kept up the blog lately as we've had to focus on other life things, but most recently we had the chance to get busy and made this! Usually Yukp Style happens on Wednesday but this is an extra!
Syren called this the Athena collection because we were fostering a white husky dog the past several months. She had been calling her Athena, and the dog had an appetite for Syren's clothes.
This series of designs, mostly tops, is the material salvaged from Athena's little obsession with chewing up Syren's clothes. Yesterday her family finally found her and came to collect her, we miss her already, even though the house is more peaceful now, so this is a tribute to her.
1st model is Aliesha sporting a one shoulder crop top, pink in the back, blck and grey stripes in the front. Perfect for outdoors or sports. It pairs up nicely with the official BFC Ink clothing of which she is wearing her original jeans.
2nd up is Elsa, from Sweden! (Note: My Elsa has customized eyes, where the originals have a deeper blue just like the Addison doll. Mine has a lighter clear blue) She is wearing the collection’s pink tube top with it’s triangular flare to accent any bottoms… In her case she is wearing BFC Ink shorts, and Ugg boots which were once actually keychains.
3rd in the showcase is Calista, our very own math wiz! She is wearing a black and grey striped tube top which goes perfectly with the Pink BFC trousers! She is borrowing Yuko’s pink purse to accessorize and wearing her original white shoes. This top can be worn as a tight mini skirt as well!
Next in the 4rth spot is Britt from England. She is modeling the hot pink tube top which goes perfectly with the BFC Ink navy blue denim mini skirt, and she is wearing cute BFC shoes.
5th in the line is Kaitlyn, a clothing designer herself, wearing a one shoulder crop top with accents. Unlike the first version this one’s back side has been pieced together by various pieces of fabric. It’s hot pink in the back and also Black and grey striped in the front with the Lace accent. She is wearing it as a yoga top with her yoga pants, prefect for jogging or exercise. She is wearing gold sandals that may be for American Girl dolls or custom made...
6th is me, Yuko! I am wearing a tube dress with flare and wearing my original blue leggings and pink shoes which go perfect with the dress design. This dress can be worn as a slightly shorter maxi skirt too!
7th model is Maya, she's a custom OOAK BFC doll (she is the Noelle doll with grey eyes and a hair cut). She is wearing a loose black and grey top which goes perfect with the BFC Ink Jeans, she is also wearing Gianna’s black shoes.
8th and final model is of course Nicolette, and aside from the violet shoes, she is wearing completely original clothes. From the handmade purse to the hot pink halter top with the black and grey flare which ties it together with the black and grey striped skirt, the whole outfit was designed and coordinated to match… actually the whole collection can be mixed and matched with some of the tops doubling as skirts!
Thank you for watching! Comment what you think!
